Luke Endersby AATQB
To my memory, I have always loved numbers - as I grew up and discovered business this developed into a passion for finance.
After completing my A-levels, I went on to study & complete AAT whilst gaining accounts experience in several sectors, including: manufacturing, property, and professional services. I have also worked in companies with varying structures types - such as Ltd's, PLC's, Ltd & PLC groups, and with both tax registered & non tax registered businesses.
I met Jamie in school where we shared A-level Business Studies classes and became friends. We studied together, laughed together, argued together and most importantly grew together, he is a brother to me.
So, after spending some time working in industry, it made me feel like finance was just seen as numbers and reporting. I got in touch with Jamie and explained my situation, he expressed he was experiencing the same view.
We decided enough was enough and that this view needed to change, so we founded Endersby Scott Ltd to make finance personal!

Jamie Scott AATQB
As a young man, I always appreciated finance. I didn’t quite know what it was at the time, but something about it just clicked.
I decided at the age of 18 to embark on my accounting studies to pursue a career in finance. From there, I progressed through AAT, whilst also experiencing and loving the world of accounts. From Manufacturing to Civil engineering, my experience was growing.
I soon realised that I had quite the passion for this sort of thing and did not want my adventure to end working in just one organisation, but instead wanted to assist and help give financial support to other companies.
I initially met Luke in school. We didn’t think much of our relationship but as time went on, we realised that we were spending more and more time together within our school days studying, mucking about but most importantly, building a bond together without even realising.
After catching back up with Luke following our school years, he also shared the same passion as I did. We had some lengthy and interesting discussions and decided that we wanted to venture out and start our own firm, helping small to medium sized businesses with much of what can sometimes feel like finance jargon.
